The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization undertakes the implementation of the main tasks: proposing federal laws regulating labor and labor affairs and supervising their implementation, managing the labor market and proposing appropriate labor policies for the state, organizing labor relations with the aim of providing stability, increasing productivity and creating job opportunities.
